Two taps crash

I opened the app and began to explore. After two taps it crashes. When I open the app again, it immediately asks me to rate it. So here I am, two taps and it crashes. I try again.. crash. Now Ill try powering down my phone and rebooting to see if that helps. iPhone 6.
